Aria Awwal
Aria supports individuals experiencing eating disorders, overwhelm, depression, low self-worth, perfectionism, and relational difficulties. She works collaboratively to develop a shared understanding of how unhelpful patterns may have developed and what might be keeping you feeling stuck. Alongside this, Aria helps you build practical skills to support change beyond the therapy room.
Her style is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive, with a particular focus on the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for meaningful change.
