Kuly supports individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, and neurodiversity-related challenges, including sensory overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties in daily functioning. Her work is relational, practical, and culturally sensitive. She can help you understand yourself within the wider context of your relationships, histories, and neurodevelopmental profile. You may feel misunderstood or unsure how your experiences fit together. She’ll work collaboratively with you to build confidence, clarity, and skills to move forward and achieve your goals.

Kuly has over twenty years of experience as a mental health nurse and CBT therapist across community, perinatal, and specialist NHS services. She provides comprehensive autism and ADHD assessments, integrating clinical interviews, developmental history, and psychological formulation to support a clear and compassionate understanding of a person’s neurodevelopmental profile.
Alongside assessment work, Kuly offers therapeutic support grounded in CBT, attachment-informed approaches, trauma-informed frameworks, and psychoeducation. She has held leadership roles within multiple NHS teams, coordinating multidisciplinary care and supporting individuals and families with complex emotional and neurodevelopmental needs.
Her presence is warm, steady, and thoughtful. Kuly understands the uncertainty that can come with seeking help, especially for those who may have felt misunderstood or overlooked. She works collaboratively, offering a calm and supportive space where people can explore their experiences safely and begin to move towards clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
